In this update, Valve redesigned the rating matchmaking system for people playing rating and non-rating games, replacing the rating with a semi-annual seasonal system. During each season, all players will receive medals in their profile based on peak skill for the entire season. At the beginning of each season, all players will calibrate the MMR, relying on the rating of last season. Your current preseason MMR will be recorded on your profile, and players will be able to track their current seasonal MMR. To give everyone the opportunity to prepare, the first season will begin in two weeks.
Updating the guide system
Now guide to heroes can be viewed in the “Training” tab, allowing players to easily access the wealth of Dota 2’s general knowledge about the subjects, abilities and talents for all 115 heroes. You can also annotate or stop your guides, and even publish them for other players so that they can use them. Each guide has its own patch of gameplay and the role it covers, so you’ll never feel lost in battle again.
Dota Turbo is a new gaming mod that has the same rules as All Pick, but it brings more gold / experience, makes the towers weaker and shortens the revival time. Ability Draft update

Wheel of signals
With the new “wheel of signals” players have more devices for communication than ever before. Unique attack modifiers:
- Removed the latest unique attack modifiers;

- Mana Break is no longer considered a unique attack modifier (does not stack with Mana Break from Diffusal Blade ).

- Focus Fire now allows the Windranger to move, attacking the target under the Focus Fire ;
- Bonus to attack speed Focus Fire is reduced from 500 to 350 ;
- The duration of reloading Focus Fire is increased from 60 to 70 ;
- Shackleshot Now displays the indicator of the missing area if it can not catch the target.

Wraith King: hero reworked
- The increase in power is reduced from 3.2 to 2.8 ;
- Redesigned Mortal Strike :
- The critical hit chance for heroes has been reduced from 15% to 9/11/13/15% ;
- Critical damage to heroes changed from 150/200/250/300 to 300% .
